Mongolia is considered a poor country, with a low GDP. However, it has a rich history and culture. It is also one of the most beautiful places in the world to visit (it’s on my list!). The people are friendly, the food is delicious and there is plenty to see!
Mongolia has many natural resources including gold and copper which help make up Mongolia’s GDP (Gross Domestic Product). Tourism however only accounts for around 6% of their total revenue.
I’m glad to see that Mongolia is taking steps to ensure its future. It’s great that they are trying to develop their tourism industry so that it can provide more income for the citizens of this beautiful country. I hope they continue on this path and make sure they preserve their natural environment while doing so!
